The summers in Stockholm start late compared to other places I have lived. Last Sunday I took a walk with a friend to the Drottningholm Palace area and temperatures reached 28 or 29 degrees Celsius.
I snapped a few photos of the landscape filled with texture and color.
To view where it is on the map see one of my (many) Panoramio photos which are awaiting approval to be included on Google Maps.

Just after Drottningholm Bridge there is a little island called Kärson.

Look up to see the beautiful shapes of the trees

Look down and in to see the texture of the wheat fields

Browns and yellows and greens

Then back to Drottningholm Park where lush and soft green beckons

Lilly pads and flowers round out the colors and textures
Beautiful!
Oh, Amanda…These are spectacular! Nice day for a walk 😀
